Mason & sons

About Mason & sons

At Bellepoint, Benson Creek folds quietly into the Kentucky River, and every April the far slope goes pink with redbud before the sycamores have thought about leafing out. Mason & sons works the yards along those bottoms and up the first rise — mowing, trimming tight to fence posts and porch piers, and hauling off what the deck leaves behind. Spring ground down here holds water, so timing a cut is half the job: read the sky, come when the sod will take a wheel without scarring. What they're after is plain and hard to fake, an even height and a true edge all the way to the mailbox. When the light finally drops behind the ridge, the fresh stripes are the last thing on the lawn you can still make out.
