Pledge Lawn and Landscaping

About Pledge Lawn and Landscaping

The first warm week along the Louisville Loop, redbuds come out purple against still-bare woods and every lawn in the Floyds Fork valley wakes at once, all of it wanting cut on the same Saturday. Pledge Lawn and Landscaping opens the season there — clearing the winter's litter, taking the first mowing off, reopening the edges the frost blurred over, running the trimmer close where the mower cannot go. From that point on it is a steady round, week by week, straight through the long green middle of the year. A lawn kept on schedule from the very first cut never has to be rescued later. Around Fisherville and Eastwood, that early start is what shows all summer.
