Dentons Lawn and Garden

About Dentons Lawn and Garden

June in Fleming County means the gardens are finally ahead of the weather, the county's covered bridges are sitting in full green shade, and every yard around Flemingsburg needs cutting on a shorter clock than the week before. Dentons Lawn and Garden keeps up with both sides of that — mowing, trimming and edging the lawn, and tending the garden and planting beds so the weeds never get their footing. This is farm country softening out of the Bluegrass, where a house lot often runs to a field line and the mowing has to end somewhere on purpose. A tidy bed with a cut edge, mulched and clear, holds a yard together the way a fence row holds a farm. Coming back to a property and finding last visit's work still holding is the best kind of reward there is.
