About Bailey Property Services

Most mornings in Flatwoods the fog off the Ohio hangs below the town until the sun finds it, and then the whole bench of hillside comes clear at once. Bailey Property Services works those streets above the river, up and down the grades that run off the Route 23 corridor, keeping lawns mowed, trimmed and edged and the general upkeep of a property from slipping. Yards here are rarely flat, and half the job is knowing which way to run a pass so the cut stays even where the ground falls away. The trim work around steps, retaining walls and mailboxes is where a property either looks finished or does not. Getting that right, week after week, is the quiet pleasure of it.
