Pineiro's Lawn Care

About Pineiro's Lawn Care

June storms build over Elizabethtown from the southwest, dump for twenty minutes, and leave the whole town steaming and growing an inch a day. Pineiro's Lawn Care works the window after — the hour when the ground firms up along Buffalo Creek and a mower can go out without leaving a single rut behind. The cut goes down even across the yard, the trimmer takes the fence line and the tree rings, and the edge along the walk gets reopened where a wet spring let the sod creep over it. Weeds get treated while they are still small and the turf gets fed so it can outgrow them on its own. Clippings come off the driveway last, and then the property just sits there looking cared for under that rinsed blue sky. That is the whole point of the trip.
