About Property Maintenance Partners

Monday morning on Madison Avenue, Covington unlocks and gets going, and the grass out front of the apartment blocks and offices needs to look like somebody is paying attention. Property Maintenance Partners handles that on a fixed rotation — mowing, trimming and cleanup on the same day each week, so nothing drifts out of shape. The strips between walk and curb get cut and edged; entry lawns are trimmed close around sign bases and light posts. Everything is cleared off the pavement before the doors get busy, so the first person up the walk sees a clean start to the week. Steady, unglamorous upkeep, and a property that never once looks forgotten.
