About C and J Demo llc.

Some lots in Covington sit a while — a corner parcel off Pike Street where the grass reaches knee height and the sidewalk disappears into it by August. C and J Demo llc. takes on that kind of ground, cutting rough growth back down to lawn and then holding it there on a regular pass. The first mow is the loud one; the fifth is quiet, and the yard has a shape again, the edges defined and the walk visible clear across from the street. Trimming handles everything the mower cannot reach — post bases, curb strips, the ragged line along a chain-link fence. Bringing a neglected lot back to a plain, mowed green is one of the more satisfying things a person can do on a Covington block.
