Mercer's Landscaping & Lawn Care

About Mercer's Landscaping & Lawn Care

First frost mornings in Muhlenberg County come in blue, mist standing in the hollows toward Lake Malone and the Green River bottoms holding cold long after the ridges warm. Mercer's Landscaping & Lawn Care is out in that hour once the growing season starts to wind down, taking leaves off the turf and giving the grass its last shaping of the year. Through the warm months the routine is simpler and no less exacting: mow, trim what the deck cannot reach, edge the walk, and leave the drive swept. Yards around Central City sit on gentle western Kentucky ground where a straight cutting line shows plainly, so the lines are worth getting right. The reward is a place that looks squared away from the mailbox to the back fence, in any month of the year.
