Randall's Mowing

About Randall's Mowing

Catlettsburg sits at the meeting of the Big Sandy and the Ohio, hills shouldering right up to the back fences and the floodwall holding the line at the foot of town. Randall's Mowing works those tight eastern Kentucky yards, where a lot can drop off sharply behind the house and every property needs its own approach. In August the air comes up humid off the water and the grass keeps growing through it, so the mower runs early and the trimmer takes the banks and the ditch lines by hand. There is care in the small things here: a clean edge along the walk, the sidewalk blown off, no clippings left against the porch. It is honest work along the river road, and neighbors can tell from the top of the street which houses have had it done.
