About Phillips Property Management

October in Cannonsburg turns the ridges above the Ohio River valley every shade of rust and gold, and then drops all of it onto the lawns below. Phillips Property Management works through that — final mows, leaves cleared off turf and beds, drives and walks blown clean before the wet weather sets in. Homes tucked along the hollow roads and buildings out toward the main highway get the same steady round of mowing, trimming and edging the rest of the year. There is a real pleasure in pulling away from a property that looks completely squared away. Kept-up ground says something about a place, and this corner of Boyd County is worth saying it about.
