Tate's Lawn Care

About Tate's Lawn Care

April rain reaches Buffalo in gray sheets, sweeping down off Muldraugh Hill and across the highway, and by the time it clears the grass has put on another inch. Tate's Lawn Care chases that growth all spring — mowing, string trimming around posts and outbuildings, edging drives and walks, hauling away whatever the wind and the winter left in the yard. Larue County lawns sit between farm ground and blacktop and take a beating from both, which is exactly what makes a tidy one stand out on a plain road. By June the mowing settles into a weekly cadence and the yards begin holding their shape on their own. There is a good feeling in a place that stays out ahead of the season instead of trailing behind it.
