Spencer's Lawn Care

About Spencer's Lawn Care

Saturday mornings in June, Bowling Green fills up with ball games and cookouts, and a yard gets looked at by more people than usual. Spencer's Lawn Care aims straight at that — the cut finished early, the trimming done around the swing set and the AC unit, the driveway blown off before the first car pulls in. It is straightforward work: mow, edge, trim, clear, then repeat on whatever rhythm the grass sets that month. Out past the city limits toward Alvaton and Woodburn the lots run bigger and the passes run longer, but the standard holds. Come Sunday the yard is simply there, neat and unremarkable, doing exactly what a good yard does — nothing at all.
