About Oakley's Lawn Care LLC

West of Benton the Clarks River spreads out into bottomland hardwood, and every October that whole corridor goes copper and rust. Oakley's Lawn Care LLC gets busiest right about then, because sooner or later each of those trees lets go over somebody's yard. The rest of the year it is mowing and trimming on a steady turn, holding lawns even through Marshall County's long green season. There is something plainly satisfying about a finished yard — lines running true, the cut along the drive laid fine, nothing left scattered on the pavement. Neighbors notice that sort of thing, even when they never mention it.
