About Willett's Lawn & Landscape Inc.

March fog lifts off Sympson Lake and hangs in the low fields until the sun clears the ridge, and underneath it the Nelson County lawns are already greening. Willett's Lawn & Landscape Inc. takes the first mow of the year on mornings like that around Bardstown, when the redbuds along the fencerows are still only a rumor. Mowing, trimming, edging, clearing away what winter left behind — the season opens by giving a yard its outline back. After that it settles into a rhythm: cut, tidy the borders, sweep the drive, move on. There is something steady in that, and by May the yards show it.
