Schmitty's Lawn Care

About Schmitty's Lawn Care

The older blocks off North Third are small-yard country — narrow side gates, brick paths, a maple set too close to the fence a long time ago. Schmitty's Lawn Care is at home in those tight spaces, where the work is done at walking pace and the trimmer does as much as the mower. October suits it: cool air, low sun, leaves collecting in the corners that machines never quite reach. Every walk gets cleared, every border gets its line back, and the gate gets latched on the way out. Bardstown's close-set neighborhoods have their own scale, and lawns here are kept one careful yard at a time.
