About Popes Lawn Service LLC

Early March in Bardstown is bare branches and long sightlines, the Proto-Cathedral's spire standing clear above roofs that will be hidden again by May. It is also the week the yards need somebody. Popes Lawn Service LLC opens the season there — winter debris raked out, beds cleared, matted grass roused and taken down for the first cut of the year, edges recut where the frost pushed them out of true. From that point the route runs on mowing, trimming and edging straight through the warm months. A town that looks after its old buildings tends to want its lawns held to the same standard, and that is a fine thing to be asked for.
