About Gravely,s Tree and Lawn services llc

Ashland grows big trees, and the old oaks around Central Park set the standard the rest of town lives under: deep shade, shallow roots, grass that has to be coaxed rather than commanded. Gravely,s Tree and Lawn services llc mows the dappled kind of yard, the one where sun and shadow trade places every hour and no two corners dry at the same rate. Cutting height goes up where the canopy is thick and tightens where the light gets through. Around root flares and the wide skirts of trunks, the trimmer does its work at hand-speed instead of machine-speed. When leaf-fall comes those same lawns need clearing before the mat sets, and afterward the ground reads as something somebody thought about.
