About Jesus Landscaping LLC

September along Twenty-First Street North comes in gold — sunflowers gone heavy-headed in the vacant lots, the evenings finally cooling, the grass making one last good push before frost. Jesus Landscaping LLC works these blocks through that stretch, mowing while the turf still wants to grow and cutting the edges back where a summer of neglect let them wander. There is trimming around fences, steps and tree rings, beds cleared of the weeds that took advantage of August, and every bit of it hauled off rather than raked into the alley. The neighborhoods here are close-set and old, and a well-kept yard carries down the whole street. Leaving a place better looking than they found it is the plain measure of the day.
