Bossy Oak Landscaping

About Bossy Oak Landscaping

Wichita's oaks take their time about autumn — the burr oaks hold on well past everything else, dropping acorns onto lawns that still need cutting. Bossy Oak Landscaping works that long shoulder of the year: mowing and trimming, edging walks, clearing leaves, cutting beds back and mulching them in ahead of the cold. Landscaping here is patient work — shaping shrubs, defining a border, giving a plant the room it was always going to need. There is a particular pleasure in the final cleanup, the yard raked bare and the shape of it visible again. Come spring, everything is already where it should be.
