About Outer Spaces KC

Outer Spaces KC works the ground between Wellsville's shaded yards and the open flat above Wellsville Lake, where the first snow of a system tends to catch on porch railings and low stone walls before it ever reaches the street. Clearing here means more than a straight plow line — a patio needs its edges found again, a walking path through a backyard needs to stay walkable, a driveway cut into a hillside lot needs a plan for where the snow actually goes. Crews move out before sunrise along the residential streets ringing the lake, working driveways and walks while the water still holds its early stillness and the sky over the valley is just turning gray with light. Salt goes down on steps and walkways where ice forms first in the shade of a house. By the time Wellsville wakes up, the yard looks like a yard again, not a drift.
