About Lubbers Excavating OpCo, LLC

Before first light over Sumner County's wheat ground, Lubbers Excavating OpCo has the loaders warmed and the blades down, cutting clean lines across driveways and lots while frost still holds the stubble fields outside town. The grain elevators along the rail line and the wide lots around the courthouse ask for the same patience a foundation job does — steady passes, no wasted motion, snow pushed back and stacked where it won't drift over again. When an Arctic front drops out of the north and ice sets up along the Chikaskia River south of town, the crews are already working the county roads that lead into Wellington, then every farm driveway strung out along them. There's something clean about a lot scraped to bare concrete before the courthouse opens for the day. This is heavy-equipment work turned to a smaller job: the same machines, the same care, the same clean result.
