About Landmasters LLC

Lake Shawnee freezes over most winters, and the loop road that circles it goes quiet except for a plow blade catching the drifted snow along its shoulders — Landmasters LLC keeps that stretch open along with the neighborhoods that spread east from the water toward the county line. The lake holds its own weather; wind off the ice can drift a cleared driveway shut again within an hour, and the crew plans return passes into a storm rather than treating the first clearing as the last. From the park's edge into the surrounding subdivisions, driveways and short commercial lots get the same steady attention, scraped to the pavement and salted before the morning sun has a chance to refreeze anything. There is something almost meditative about running a blade along a road with a frozen lake on one side and bare oak trees on the other, alone before the rest of the county wakes up. Landmasters brings that same care to every address, lake-adjacent or not.
