Kain's Lawn Care and Tree Service

About Kain's Lawn Care and Tree Service

October comes on gently in Topeka. The elms and hackberries let go a little at a time, so the yards fill slowly and then all at once, and the mowing shifts over into gathering. Kain's Lawn Care and Tree Service takes the last cuts of the year, trims the fence lines back, edges the walks and clears the leaves out of the corners where the wind keeps piling them. Afternoons stay warm and the evenings turn sharp, and a raked yard under a bare tree has a clean, finished look about it. Then the season closes, the ground rests, and everything waits for the turn back toward spring.
