About Condray & Young LLC

There is a particular October afternoon at Lake Shawnee when the wind pushes across open water and the whole southeast side of Topeka lets go at once — cottonwood, hackberry, sycamore, all of it drifting into the yards. Condray & Young LLC works right into that season: mowing while the grass still asks for it, leaf cleanup as the drop comes, trimming and edging kept up so the lines don't blur under all that gold. Autumn lawns here need attention more than mercy, since a yard buried through November comes back thin in April. So the mowers keep returning until the branches are bare and the turf can breathe again. When the last load pulls out, the lawn is open, level, and ready for whatever winter sends.
