About Diaz Lawn & Tree Service LLC

Scandia took its name from the Scandinavian settlers who came to the Republican River valley, and on an October afternoon the cottonwoods along the river flare yellow above the stubble fields. Diaz Lawn & Tree Service LLC works on lawns and trees in this small Republic County town, keeping yards mowed and trees looked after in the cool weeks of fall. This is when a property shows its bones, the leaves dropping and the grass slowing, and it is a fine time to set things in order. The craft runs from crisp, even mowing underfoot to careful work in the branches overhead, so the whole yard reads well from the street. Out on US-36, under a big blue sky, a well-tended place in Scandia looks ready for whatever winter brings.
