About Mc Kee & Son Landscaping

In July the combines run the fields south of Salina until full dark, and the dust hangs gold over the section lines while, back in town, every lawn is asking for a shorter interval. Mc Kee & Son Landscaping meets that stretch with regular mowing, string trimming around trees and posts, edging at the walks and drives, and clearing the clippings off pavement before the wind decides where they go. Summer here is honest about what it wants — height left on the blade, water when it comes, and somebody showing up on the day they said. The route covers Salina's neighborhoods and the acreages just past the city limits, where mown grass gives way to milo and bluestem without much argument. Come evening the yards hold their stripes, the heat finally lets go, and the meadowlarks have the last word.
