About Central Plains Lawn Care

Out here you can watch weather coming for an hour before it arrives — a shelf of cloud stacking up over the Smoky Hills, the light going strange and green-gold across town. Central Plains Lawn Care reads that sky the way other people read a clock. Mowing gets moved up, edging and trimming get finished, the walks get cleared, and the trailer is loaded when the first fat drops hit it. Nothing about a Kansas afternoon holds still, so the trick is being done before the sky changes its mind. Salina, Bennington and Minneapolis all fall inside that habit.
