Integrated Lawn and Tree

About Integrated Lawn and Tree

Half the pleasure of these streets is the canopy — oaks and maples planted when the houses went up, now arched clear across the pavement. Integrated Lawn and Tree mows the shade-thinned turf underneath at a higher, gentler setting, works carefully around surface roots, and trims where a deck simply cannot follow the flare of a trunk. Morning light comes down in coins on a freshly cut lawn there, and it is worth an extra pass to keep the pattern even. Leaves are their own long season in a neighborhood like this one, and they get pulled off the grass so it can breathe its way into winter. It is patient work beneath old trees, and the yards along the block show it.
