M & R Lawn

About M & R Lawn

Rantoul sits in the Marais des Cygnes country of Franklin County, where the river bends through thick riverside woods and the June air hangs heavy and sweet after a night of rain. M & R Lawn works the yards of this small town, where eastern Kansas soil grows grass with real enthusiasm. Keeping a yard sharp through that kind of growth takes regular visits and a watchful eye: even height, straight edges along the drive, trim work that leaves every border clean. French explorers named the river for the swans of its marshes, and a little of that grace shows in a lawn mowed smooth along a quiet street. In the cool hour before the heat builds, that is work worth getting up for.
