About Houk Lawn Services

Summer evenings in Pratt belong to Lemon Park — the lagoons going copper, cicadas winding up in the elms, families walking the loop until the light gives out. Houk Lawn Services keeps the town's yards ready for exactly that hour, mowing in the cool end of the day and trimming the ragged corners a mower deck can never quite reach. Grass here sprints after a rain and then sulks through a dry stretch, so the visits bend with the weather rather than the calendar. Edges are cut along the drives and walks, clippings come off the concrete, and the yard is left the way you would leave a room you were proud of. It is small work, done often, and it adds up to a whole street that looks looked-after.
