About Benjamin Lawn & Landscape

On an August afternoon the sky can build its thunderheads by four o'clock, and anyone who cuts grass for a living learns to read them. Benjamin Lawn & Landscape works that window around Prairie Village — mowing, trimming, edging the drive, clippings cleared off before the first fat drops land. The rain comes hard and the lawns answer overnight, so the route swings back around and holds the line. There is a real satisfaction in a tended yard in a place where the weather is trying to grow everything at once. Summer hands you green with both hands; the craft is keeping it shaped.
