About Steen Property Enhancements

Some ground is bigger than a push mower's idea of a yard — the acre-and-a-half lots past the edge of Pittsburg, the pasture corners, the slope that falls away toward the creek and goes shaggy three days after a wet week. Steen Property Enhancements takes on that scale, bringing rough grass back to square and then holding it there. By October, when the timber along the water lets go all at once and the light turns the color of straw, the whole job becomes leaves: off the turf, out of the fence corners, the property opened back up before it goes dormant. What stays with you is the long clean stripe running across ground that had been unruly a morning earlier. The work covers Pittsburg and reaches out through Girard, Cherokee, Mulberry and Arma.
