About J D & Sons Tree Services LLC

In January the wheat ground north of Newton goes silver, and the Osage orange hedgerows stand black against it — fence lines the old farms grew instead of bought. J D & Sons Tree Services LLC works the cold months hard, because a bare crown shows every crossing branch and every bit of deadwood worth taking. Pruning and trimming in winter set a tree up for the whole year, and removals go easier with firm ground and sleeping flowerbeds. Out toward the sand prairie by Harvey County East Lake the wind takes its own toll, and storm damage cleanup keeps drives and pasture gates open. Then April arrives, the trees leaf out into the shape you gave them, and that is the entire point.
