Three Trails

About Three Trails

This corner of Johnson County was open trail country long before it was driveways and cul-de-sacs, and on a clear October afternoon in Mission you can still feel how much sky the prairie left behind. Three Trails works those streets with a mower, a trimmer and an edger, keeping lawns cut evenly and their borders honest against walk and curb. Wind is the constant out here, so the clippings and leaves get cleared rather than left to blow onto a neighbor's drive. Each yard is finished before the crew moves on, no loose ends waiting for a return trip. It is ordinary work, and done steadily it is what makes a block look settled.
