About KC Lawn-Pros

Traffic on Shawnee Mission Parkway starts moving before the sky over Mission has any color in it at all. KC Lawn-Pros is usually rolling by then too, because an October morning gives you a narrow window between frost burning off and the afternoon wind picking the leaves back up. The work is mowing, trimming, edging, and hauling the season's fall off the lawn before it can mat down and smother what is underneath. A yard cleared in autumn wakes up thicker in April; that is the whole quiet argument for doing it. There is something worth seeing in a street of Mission ranch houses with every lawn cut short and every gutter line swept clean, waiting on winter.
