Ryan Lawn & Tree

About Ryan Lawn & Tree

By mid-June the maples along Shawnee Mission Parkway have closed over the road, the air in Merriam thickens, and thunder builds most afternoons somewhere off to the west. Ryan Lawn & Tree keeps the mowing out ahead of that weather, with cuts scheduled tight, blades kept sharp, and trimming and edging finishing each yard so the borders read clean against the drive. Cool-season grass in this metro does its best growing in the shoulder months, which is when fertilization, weed control, aeration and overseeding earn their keep. Between the shade of these old lots and the humidity that settles in every July, a lawn here wants attention on a rhythm rather than a rescue. Cut on time, edged, and blown off, a yard holds its look all week long.
