About NTS Landscaping and Construction LLC

Outside McPherson the ground opens into wheat country broken only by the odd row of windbreak trees, planted long ago to slow exactly the kind of wind that turns a light snow into a real problem. NTS Landscaping and Construction put a lot of those windbreaks in the ground themselves, so they already know where the drifts will bank up hardest — along the north fence lines and barn walls they helped plant around. Snow work here follows the wind more than the forecast, clearing lanes and driveways in whatever order the drifting actually demands rather than a fixed route. Back in town the crew handles driveways and small lots with that same read on where the wind will push things next. A lane that stays open through a storm that would have buried it without a windbreak slowing things down is proof the planting paid off.
