About Summer Snow LLC

For about a week each June the cottonwoods around City Park let go all at once, and the seed drifts along the curbs like snow that lost track of the calendar. Summer Snow LLC is out in the middle of it — mowing, edging, trimming, blowing walks clear of fluff and clippings alike. The growing season here is long and bright, running from the first green flush to the last stubborn November push, and a lawn kept on schedule through all of it never needs rescuing. Fertilization and weed control go down on the right weeks; aeration and overseeding wait for the nights to finally cool. Long evenings, even rows, a yard that smells like cut grass until dark — a Manhattan summer, plainly kept.
