Chevmo Construction keeps its own equipment yard clear through the worst of it, then pushes out to open up site access and parking for the crews working through winter builds. A plowed lot at six in the morning, headlights cutting through blowing snow off the reservoir, is its own kind of construction work — nothing gets built that day if nobody can park. They clear driveways and lots the same practical way they pour a foundation: get it flat, get it done, move on to the next one. It's ground-level work, done early, that keeps everything above it running.
