Furr Lawn & Landscape

About Furr Lawn & Landscape

North of Liberal the Cimarron runs its sandy channel through the cottonwoods out toward Arkalon, and every October those trees let go all at once. Furr Lawn & Landscape reads the season the way that river country does — leaves gathered and hauled, beds tidied and re-edged, the last mows taken lower as the bermuda fades to gold. Landscape work here has to make peace with sandsage soil and a wind that never fully sits down, so the plan is simple things done well and kept up. There is real pleasure in a property that turns the corner into winter looking deliberate rather than abandoned. Come the first warm week, that same ground wakes up ready.
