Kemple Lawn Care

About Kemple Lawn Care

The first cut of the year happens on a cool April morning with the dew still down, somewhere along a gravel drive east of Lawrence where the grass went ahead without permission all through March. Kemple Lawn Care makes that pass and every one after it, week by week, through the long middle of the season. Trimming around the mailbox, the propane tank and the fence corner; edging where the drive meets turf; clippings blown back into the yard where they belong. It is plain work kept on a calendar, and a lawn that never looks behind is the whole reward. Lawrence and the roads out toward Vinland, Baldwin City and Wellsville.
