A&R Lawn Care

About A&R Lawn Care

Mornings in the North Lawrence bottoms begin under a sheet of river fog, the Kaw breathing out over the sandy ground it laid down. A&R Lawn Care starts there, mowing on a steady weekly turn while the cottonwoods are still dripping, then trimming the fence lines and edging the walks back to a straight seam. By the time the fog lifts past the levee, the yards read even and open, stripe laid beside stripe. A driveway blown bare and a lawn cut level are small things that change how a whole house sits on its block. That is the work, week after week, up and down the river side of town.
