D&S Tree Services

About D&S Tree Services

Cottonwoods along the Arkansas River hold their bare shapes through a Kinsley, KS winter, ice sometimes rimming the lowest branches after a freezing mist off the water. D&S Tree Services clears driveways and walks in the neighborhoods closest to that river bottom, plowing before the morning frost off the water reaches the street. Downed limbs from an ice-heavy branch get pulled off a driveway before it's plowed, so the lane runs clear from the road to the garage. Walkways get shoveled to the concrete and treated, since the same river mist that ices the cottonwoods likes to glaze a front step too. Along the old river bottom west of town, the trees hold onto winter a little longer than the open wheat fields do, and the driveways underneath them get cleared just the same.
