Pohl's Lawn Care

About Pohl's Lawn Care

Every September the State Fair fills the north end of Hutchinson with light and noise for ten days, and then the town exhales into the best weather it gets all year. Pohl's Lawn Care likes that stretch of the calendar — cool mornings, low sun, grass growing eagerly again after the August punishment. This is lawn care at its most rewarding: fall cuts that thicken the turf, leaves cleared before they mat down, beds and fence lines trimmed back to a clean outline. October light on the prairie comes in sideways and shows every stripe on a lawn, which is a fine reason to mow straight. The work ends with the drive blown clear and the yard looking properly put away.
