ABC Home Maintenance

About ABC Home Maintenance

In the 1880s Hunnewell was a rowdy railhead where cattle came up from the south to ship out; today this Sumner County town is a quiet handful of homes beneath an enormous sky, with wheat running to the horizon and the Oklahoma line just down the road. ABC Home Maintenance keeps lawns here mowed and trimmed, the simple ABCs of a yard done right. Grass is cut even, edges sharpen along the walk, and the whole place looks kept rather than handed back to the prairie. Afternoon wind comes straight across the fields, and a fresh-cut lawn ripples with it like a smaller, tamer cousin of the wheat. Out where the land runs this far, a neat yard stands as a small, proud mark of home.
