About Hydro-Chem Spray Services

Central Kansas wind gets up by mid-morning and does not sit back down until dark, so this work begins in the still hour just after sunrise. Hydro-Chem Spray Services uses that window for lawn fertilization and weed treatment across Great Bend, when the air is quiet enough for an application to land where it is aimed. Sandy ground and long hot summers make crabgrass and bindweed persistent neighbors around here; the answer is timing and repetition rather than any one heroic pass. What shows up weeks later is the point — turf that closed in thick and even, with nothing coarse breaking the color. The truck is usually rolling before the first grain truck hits the highway.
