About Lillis Outdoors

Out at Gardner Lake the wind comes off the water and moves through the grass in long combers, which is about as close as Kansas gets to a coastline. Lillis Outdoors works the yards on that side of town and through Gardner proper — mowing, trimming, edging, clearing walks and drives, seasonal cleanups once the trees start letting go. It is outdoor work in a place that is mostly sky, and the payoff is a lawn that looks handled from the road without anyone having to say so. Some weeks that wind fights you the whole day and the job still gets finished. Gardner, Edgerton, De Soto, and Spring Hill all sit within reach.
