About Cicero's Lawn Care LLC

Frontenac keeps the shape the coal camps gave it — a square grid of blocks set just off Highway 69, where the corner lots run clean from curb to alley. Cicero's Lawn Care LLC takes those blocks early, when dew still bends the grass and the first pass leaves a dark wet stripe behind the mower. Mowing, trimming and edging in southeast Kansas is a question of lines held true, and there is real pleasure in a boundary that snaps into place along a walk. Summers here come on humid and generous; a yard can go shaggy inside a week, so the rhythm never quite breaks between the first warm April and the last soft October. The reward is small and complete — a gate latched behind a lawn that finally looks the way its owner had been picturing it all week.
