About Ilia Landscape LLC

In deep July the cicadas start up in the Eudora cottonwoods before seven o'clock, and the heat is already stacking itself over the valley. Ilia Landscape LLC starts early for exactly that reason: mow, trim, edge, blow down, and be off the lawn before the afternoon sits on it. Summer grass wants a high, clean cut and a sharp line at the concrete, and it tells you immediately whether it got either one. From here the work spreads out across the Kaw valley toward Lawrence and De Soto, yard by yard through the hottest weeks. Late in the day, when the sun finally lets go, those lawns stand even and dark green the whole length of the block.
