About Prowolf Contracting

By noon in August the heat over Derby has weight to it, and the tankers climbing out of McConnell pass over low enough to drag a shadow across the yard. Prowolf Contracting works straight through the middle of that day, mowing, trimming, edging, then blowing the walks and drives clear before the truck rolls to the next stop along K-15. Kansas turf turns stubborn and stemmy in a dry stretch, so the job comes down to cut height, a sharp blade and a straight pass, never hurry. Later the sun drops, the wind finally lets go, and the lines across the grass sit there holding the last of the light. Keeping Derby lawns in that shape, week after week, is the whole of it.
